Long Beach-South Bay District Con-Ed Course

On a warm, summer evening students and clinicians gathered at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center for a con-ed course about Concussion Assessment and Management hosted by LBSB District.
Students were challenged with background information on concussions and educated on the latest research regarding concussion management. They even got an opportunity to practice the Standardized Concussion Assessment Tool (SCAT) on one another.
Kudos to our CSULB PT students looking to keep learning outside of what we just get in the classroom! It also turned into a little CSULB PT reunion with current students and alumni.
